Easy to fit into my day
Easy to take and fit in. i like that its a powder instead of another pill. excited to see what the potential benefits long term might be. Easy to open and use and clear simple directions

From Gut to Brain
Qualia does it again! It tastes great. I love knowing that I'm taking care of my gut which in turn helps my immune system stay healthy and to take it even further it helps my brain perform better.

Good Product!
The overall product is good, the only issue is the taste can be a bit bitter on its own but a splash of juice or adding it to a smoothie easily fixes that. I like that the product combines probiotics with the prebiotic fiber instead of just taking prebiotic fiber alone.
