Depends on the Day
The first week I took Qualia Mind, I couldn’t tell much of a difference. However, week two, especially two days in particular, I felt extremely focused and got a lot accomplished. My heart was racing even when I took these in the morning, I could feel it at night and it was making sleep much more difficult than it already is for me.
I am really interested in the focus part of this but already have too much energy and am a terrible sleeper so sadly, this made it worse.
