Not sure
I’m not sure how I feel about this. When I take the 2 day doses I feel poorly both days. Not sure if this is normal. Soon will be month 3. I might give it one more shot.

Great for Inflamation
Overall worked wonders. Sense of calm and subdued anxiety. But second day dose made me a little tired. Would try on a daily basis. Packaging is cool. But all Qualia products are!
