Not Sure but It may work for me.
Since I was taking it for eight days, It seems Ok. Especially when I woke up and took in the morning before heading to work.

By the final bottle I was dreading the taste of it, needs flavor improvement. Need to test longer term to see if cognitive effects are substantial.
