I just got it in the mail for the first time. I took it this morning and I'm really looking forward to see any results or effects in the future. So far so good! I’ve only been taking one pill because I’m sensitive to caffeine and don’t want a niacin flush, but just the half dose seems to be giving me a little boost with no side effects.

Does what it says and says what it does
