Everything I've tried has a definite effect.

I’ve used a more common magnesium product in the past, never consistently. I take it every day by opening the capsules and putting in my smoothie. Recently I moved both home and business and it was a huge job, taking a few weeks. I've done my due diligence when it comes to researching NAD and the different pathways to take to support my own NAD levels. My body seems to flow better when taking the magnesium. I take magnesium daily but Qualia magnesium seemed to have a noticeable effect.
