While there are no special instructions for getting started with senolytic supplements, a good way to introduce anything new is to start small and increase over time.
Rather than taking the full recommended dose of 6 capsules a day on 2 back-to-back days during the first month, it’s fine to start by taking a lower dose and spreading it out over a few more days, or to start at a lower dose and eventually build up to the recommended dose.
