Is it okay to put Qualia Synbiotic in hot water (or a hot beverage)?

Best results with Qualia Synbiotic will be obtained if it is added to room temperature or cooler water or beverages. One of the ingredients in Qualia Synbiotic is called Solnul™ Resistant Potato Starch. This type of resistant starch is sensitive to heat and can lose some of its prebiotic action if it is exposed to hotter temperatures.

What should I do if I experience more gas or bloating after I start Qualia Synbiotic?

Some people can experience an increase in gas or bloating when starting products containing prebiotics and/or probiotics. This usually is temporary, and returns to normal within several days to two weeks, as a person’s gut bacteria adapt to these new additions to the diet.* If you experience an increase in gas or bloating after starting Qualia Synbiotic, we suggest decreasing the amount you take to ¼ or ½ a serving while your gut ecosystem is adapting. If uncomfortable increases in gas and bloating persist past a couple weeks, Qualia Synbiotic may not be the right product for you. Contact us about our money back guarantee if this is the case.
