This is the first cognition product that has ever really worked for me after trying over half dozen. I’m 68, and recall is not what it used to be, but with one to two days I noticed I was as sharp as I was in my 20s and 30s. I can literally recall most anything now. This stuff is crazy over-priced, but it does wok.

I noticed i am starting to feel a lot more focused now that its going on three weeks of taking it. I do 5 days on two days off as the instructions say.
