1st wk didn't notice that much. Starting wk 2 my sleep felt more complete, more sleep cycles, 3rd & 4 wk this continued although I would have a night with shorter amount of sleep - waking up and not really getting back to sleep. 4th week somewhat continued slight decline perceived.

promtoed a gradual slide through my sleep/wake cycle. Waking up very smooth relaxed energy, and the ability to gradually wind down after working through the day.
Works really well!
The list of ingredients is impressive enough, but what matters most is that this stuff knocks me out. In a good way.
An excellent way to calm yourself before bed
I took this each evening a couple hours before bed. It made me relaxed and calm over time, making it easier to sleep. I felt calmly rested the next day.
