Overall I was intending to be in a centered/precision focused awareness, this product supported me in upgrading myself to that.
Overall a hightened proprioceptive essence, focus, and presence that I appreciated to learn from. The meta cognitive observation of the changes was also supported.

Perfect supplements to a busy mind
We have all seen the videos that proclaim great things of a supplement and then you buy them and find out the only thing you gained was very expensive piss.
