A wonderful piece to the puzzle
The 1st 3 nites of taking this my system seemed to be drawn to significant sleep. My day was consistent, even while doing a fasted 24hrs during the time of taking this. My energy levels were consistent during the day and a noted up tick in energy with evening workouts.

Great, but for one thing
My only complaint is that the product comes in plastic. They are #1, but if you know anything about plastic recycling these will end up either in landfill or the ocean. Worked best for me with a lower dose/ day

Emotionally exhausted but not physically tired
I am going through so much loss right now ... brutal 10 months .... I feel AWAKE with Eternus ... I’m still in pain and cry but but I know I’ll get through it. It’s like they turned the lights on within. I love it.
