Easier than fasting
I know the benefits of fasting and autophagy but it’s been hard to do it the right way which would be a 3-day fast. This product helps my body get rid of “zombie cells” in much the same way a 3-day fast would and it’s such an easier way to get it done. Planning on continuing to use a few times a year to reap the most benefits and help clear out my body of what no longer needs to be there! Excited for results
Started Senolytic yesterday for the first time and excited about potential results. It’s too soon to speak about how I feel it is working however I can say I slept better last night after my first dose than I’ve slept in months.
