Easier than fasting
I know the benefits of fasting and autophagy but it’s been hard to do it the right way which would be a 3-day fast. This product helps my body get rid of “zombie cells” in much the same way a 3-day fast would and it’s such an easier way to get it done. Planning on continuing to use a few times a year to reap the most benefits and help clear out my body of what no longer needs to be there! Great Stuff
At 73 I've noticed a difference in my memory and energy levels. At my age, I'm sure there are many cells that are benefiting from cell repair & rejuvenation. I've been taking this for about 5 months and can tell a difference.
