Great supplement
I typically get recurring headaches throughout the week. Since taking this at night, I haven't had any headaches. I also feel more clarity throughout the week.

I have taken magnesium before, but nothing of this quality. The previous magnesium I was taking felt like I was taking anesthesia before bed. I typically woke up several times to urinate, so feeling so tired at bedtime made me feel woozy in the middle of the night. Fast forward to Qualia Life ...
