This was easy enough to do. I took 3 pills right before eating breakfast and 3 pills immediately after eating. I drank plenty of water each day. I experienced no headaches or stomach distress. Wow, it works!
I have taken the Senolytics for 2 months now. I really notice a big difference in energy and well-being each time. I bought 3 more months worth! Looking forward to even more of an increase in feeling good!!!
