I didnt notice much effect at all on sleeping, it helped me relax a little bit but actually had me feeling wired.
1st wk didn't notice that much. Starting wk 2 my sleep felt more complete, more sleep cycles, 3rd & 4 wk this continued although I would have a night with shorter amount of sleep - waking up and not really getting back to sleep. 4th week somewhat continued slight decline perceived.

First couple days I didn’t notice anything but the third day I don’t remember waking up or having any dreams which is very strange for me. I feel very rested after taking it. I think it works
Qualia Night improved my sleep
I was able to cut the number of wakenings from 6 to 10 a night down to 4 or 5. I was able to return to sleep quicker. I was so relaxed each morning, I found it hard to get myself out of bed.
