Nice Combo of Magnesium
I've only been using for 3 days so I can't yet comment on efficacy or quality, but I like the ingredients.

It has been great so far
I ordered this because I was out of the magnesium that I was using at night for leg cramps. Since I have been using this I have not had a single leg cramp at night. Also I do feel a bit more mental clarity again during the day.
