I like it, and I'm wondering about the caffeine...

I LOVE Qualia products! I got introduced to them through a conference back in 2017 and have been recommending them ever since. Recently, I've been testing out the caffeine-free version of Mind after having sensitivities to long-term use of the regular version. [I just got shaky a few weeks in.] I'm not seeing the same mental "brightness" that I did on the regular version so have been adding a tiny bit of caffeine on the side. I'm still not experiencing the clarity of mind I did before so it might be time to go back to the regular version and adjust my dosage. Overall, I love the products and am super happy!

Thank you for sharing your review! There is a synergistic relationship between caffeine and other ingredients targeting transmitter chemistry. A small amount of central nervous system stimulation seems to be able to increase the uptake and utilization of a number of other ingredients. it's worth noting the form of caffeine we use bound to the cerebral antioxidant pterostilbene has very different pharmacodynamics: a much slower release curve and longer half-life creating subtler and more stable effects over a long period of time. Caffeine is one of the most studied performance enhancers (both physically and mentally). Its main features would be alertness, processing speed/reaction time, and time till exhaustion/fatigue. Caffeine is not really a bio-enhancer (i.e. something that increases the uptake and utilization of other ingredients) as much as something that works additively with other nootropic ingredients. As an example, theanine isn't great for the things caffeine shines in but is much better for task switching and sustained focus. The combination of theanine and caffeine tends to bring out the best in both, giving a more broadly supportive blend. Some degree of this is lost when caffeine is removed from the stack, but nootropics such as Cognizin and alpha-GPC offer some of the same features as caffeine. So generally, the caffeine-free would have a bit less of the caffeine features mentioned, however, these features would still be there to some degree. Caffeine Free - when less equals more

I had issues with the regular version of Qualia Mind that I never associated with caffeine since I don’t usually have a caffeine sensitivity problem. But I recently tried the Mind caffeine free version with much better results. I’d give it 5 stars, except taking 7 pills at a time is, quite lite...

Spidey senses

Admittedly I have only used this one time, it’s day one but after about 30 minutes things slowed down and came into extreme focus and color. Reminded me of the Toby McGuire Spider-Man one the first day of his super powers when he got in the fight with the bully at school and everything slowed dow...

Focus with out the normal caffeine rush

Over the years ( I've been around a while) many products claim to be able to increase mental clarity and focus. For me that usually means I get too "Amped Up" and after a short while I am done with the product. Started Qualia Mind Caffeine Free with an open mind based on a recommendation from my...
