I was afraid of taking them because I was afraid I would have an allergic reaction. Thank God I didn’t have an allergic reaction. I took the 6 pills on both days and I was impressed. Science doesn't lie
I love following science backed products that lead to a healthier life style. I do not expect to notice changes short term but it's the long term consistency that leads to change. I wish there was a way to test how beneficial supplements are while taking to determine if they make financial sense.
