Improved energy
It wasn't always a guarantee of extra energy thanks to my own lifestyle but I did notice better function in the setting of when I also made sure to take care of myself in other ways (like getting enough sleep!)

I felt good the whole time taking them.
The pills are easy to take and leave no taste in your mouth.

Afternoon energy
Like a lot of other reviews, I noticed a jump in my energy levels afternoon, into the evening. I think my instant recall is improving but I want to give this more time.
