More of a 3.5 than a 3! Could help so I would recommend trying it.
Initially, the fishy smell really threw me off but I got used to it. I do think it has helped my skin a little bit but not as drastically as I would've hoped. It seems to have helped most with texture, but not with redness or fine lines. I think with longer use (past 3 months) it could help more so I would definitely repurchase to put that to the test since skin health is so important. I don't break out often but I think I broke out less during the 3 months I took the product (only broke out once). I can see it working more visibly with people that have terrible skin but not very noticeably for people that already have decent skin.

More than skin deep!

Now that the trial has ended, there is no doubt that my skin had profoundly younger traits, including the disappearance of lines and wrinkles, smoother feel and greater elasticity. I'm slowly watching my skin revert back to the 52 y/o man skin that it possessed prior to the trial as more and more...
