This was easy enough to do. I took 3 pills right before eating breakfast and 3 pills immediately after eating. I drank plenty of water each day. I experienced no headaches or stomach distress. It is a great product!
I've been using Senolytics for a few months and I feel better in general. I'm going to keep using it and adding Qualia Life 2 and Vision. I’ll do a TruDiagnostics Age test in a few months and I hope I see some good results. I love all Qualia products.
