Better sleep, calm focus, improved sense of well-being.
Took it every day for 5 days with my first meal. I definitely noticed better sleeping, calm focus, and more focus while playing tennis.

Great product
I loved the fact that it has helped with overall energy and clear mind and also it does help me beat the afternoon slowdown. I just drink them after lunch and I’m good for the rest of the day. No Noticeable Effect
Did not really have any noticeable effects, however, this may just be due to the limited supply.
