Average but worth a shot.
It was easy to take and a reasonable amount and frequency. However I did not gain much benefit from it.

Increases focus, but with headaches
I noticed an increased tiredness on days off of supplement, and I developed headaches in the late afternoons on some, but not all, days while taking the supplement. As the name says
As the name says, Qualia focus truly delivers on improving the focus. After taking it kicks in after about 20 minutes and lasts for 3-4 hours. I get a lot of work done in those 3-4 hours compared to before when I was not taking Qualia focus. Highly recommended for days when motivation is low.
