Better nights for sure!
Experience: Noticeably more restful nights And more energy in the morning. But I do wake up dehydrated as well even though I drink lots of water throughout the day.

Beauty Sleep and Deep Rejuvenation.
Huzzah! Quality Sleep. Qualia Sleep takes the worries of the world away- finally I am able to just drift off to sleep and stay deep asleep through an entire night. Wish I had this sooner! beaux rêves
Loved it. Felt markedly refreshed in the mornings and was able to fall asleep much faster than normal. If I wasn’t a broke ass musician I’d buy this along with my monthly Qualia!
