I experienced a sense of calm and ease in my mind, and greater relaxation in my body post my nightly yoga & before going to bed, which removed that kind of spinning cyclical thought process in my head of worry about if I am going to fall asleep or not. I slept well. Really well. And I woke up feeling rested, ready for the day. Even skipped my morning caffeine/energy supplements and enjoyed my collagen in tea instead of mate or other caffeine rich hkt drink

Per the directions, I still took my other sleep supplements. Overall I liked the product and felt that it helped (remember to take it earlier in the evening though- as a couple times I forgot and that made a difference). Also, the world is kind of crazy right now, anxiety levels for me are higher...
Slept Through The Night
For several years, sleeping through the night has been a challenge. I slept my first full night by Day Three on Qualia Night, and these last two nights as well. I feel so much more rested.
