After a few weeks I think I have figured out the most beneficial way to take step 1 and step 2 for me personally. I always get rockstar energy from step 1, and for some reason step 2 slows me down a bit, not sure if this is how it should work. After all, I think it's a great product that can help you to be your own superhero!

I like the product. My job requires me to find a flow state and stick with it for hours in order to keep up with demand. I'm naturally an introvert so being able to communicate is difficult sometimes. This product helps me overcome some of those difficulties. I'm grateful for it

easing in....
love it... i am super sensitive to all supplements and not yet on the committed 5/2 5/2. i am building up slow. love the product. already feel advantages. both super clear and productive as well as deeper sleep.
