Fantastic product! I don't have that awful, dragging feeling where I could fall asleep mid day, any day. Qualia Night improved my sleep
I was able to cut the number of wakenings from 6 to 10 a night down to 4 or 5. I was able to return to sleep quicker. I was so relaxed each morning, I found it hard to get myself out of bed.

It works
I don't know how it works, but this product so far is working. I have used one bottle and my sleep is improved. I think there was only one or two nights where I did not sleep soundly. If I do need to wake up, I fall back to sleep. I drift off to sleep quickly and am probably sleeping at least...
