AprèsFlex® is a bioavailability-enhanced patented Indian Frankincense (Boswellia serrata) Gum Resin Extract. Boswellia serrata is a tree of the Boswellia genus of trees native to India, Northern Africa, and the Middle East. Boswellia trees produce an aromatic resin known as frankincense or olibanum which has a long history of use in Ayurvedic tradition. It has traditionally been used to support musculoskeletal health, healthy immune defenses, and respiratory health. Boswellia is rich in bioactive compounds including terpenes such as boswellic acids and amyrins that can cross the blood brain barrier and support healthy brain function [1,2].*
