Pretty fast results
I have only been taking it two days and I notice my memory already works better faster getting out of bed. Before it took me an hour or so to get the gears moving in my head. Get that morning boost faster.

Overall I was intending to be in a centered/precision focused awareness, this product supported me in upgrading myself to that.
Overall a hightened proprioceptive essence, focus, and presence that I appreciated to learn from. The meta cognitive observation of the changes was also supported.
