Did not agree with me
I did feel focused and clear headed, but I also experienced a heart arhythmia tge second day so I stopped taking it. This is not something I experience regularly, and could be a coincidence, but I decided it was not worth the risk.

for it's purpose I rate it a 5, but it needs work on the flavor, other then that It's really good at keeping me focused, energized and no crash

Effects out weigh taste by a long shot
Taste is a little intense, but the benefits outweigh that.
