I was really desperate for this to work but it didn’t made any difference for me. I’m on my third week of taking it. I’ve done the 5 days on 2 days off but no difference in my sleep at all. It is nice that it doesn’t make you drowsy after taking it since you have to take 4 capsules at dinner. I fell asleep easily (that wasn’t my problem) but continued waking around 2:00am and unable to fall back asleep until close to 4:30-5:00am.

I had bought this a while ago and didn’t think it worked for me. Months later and I have been using it again and it has definitely improved my sleep. I am able to fall asleep but I always have trouble staying asleep. This has helped me stay asleep until the alarm goes off!
