I didn't notice any obvious improvement, in my readiness for sleep or in how refreshed I felt in the morning. I woke up groggy in the morning when using this. My schedule has been hectic for a while now so I wasn't able to take the supplement at the same time each night nor was I able to commit to going to bed by 10pm every night. So maybe that affected the results. But like I said, unfortunately there was no improvement to my sleep quality that I could discern.
The Sleep I've Been Waiting For
I have the deepest, most relaxing sleep and I found that I didn't wake up frequently throughout the night (which is not typical for me). In the mornings I find myself feeling so refreshed without any trace of drowsiness! I love the fact that there is no melatonin in Qualia Night.

I can tell the difference when I don’t take it. Gradual drowsiness over time.
