Doesn't Work for me
I've been taking this product for two weeks and instead of helping me sleep, my sleep has gotten much worse. I struggle to fall aseep, stay asleep, and when I wake up it's difficult to fall back asleep. It doesn't work for me, but maybe it will work for you
