It was difficult taking the capsules in the morning because of intermittent fasting so I took them at lunch time. I had a very stressful, emotional week so I was not as self-aware as I like to be.

Balanced energy
I felt like my energy levels were balanced throughout the day. I was alert but never jittery. I was able to focus for longer periods of time and felt more productive. I had no difficulty falling asleep on the days I took this product.

Great product
I loved the fact that it has helped with overall energy and clear mind and also it does help me beat the afternoon slowdown. I just drink them after lunch and I’m good for the rest of the day. Life Changing.
I love this product! The overall feeling I have ever since Ive added Qualia Life to my daily regiment has been outstanding. I have lasting energy and I am sleeping through the night. I have been taking for months and I can honestly say I feel much better than I did before i started.
