Depends on the Day
The first week I took Qualia Mind, I couldn’t tell much of a difference. However, week two, especially two days in particular, I felt extremely focused and got a lot accomplished. Great Product
Keeps me mentally clear and sharp as I go through my day. I never have those foggy days mentally. Get a good night sleep, great exercise and Qualia Mind. You can't go wrong
