1st wk didn't notice that much. Starting wk 2 my sleep felt more complete, more sleep cycles, 3rd & 4 wk this continued although I would have a night with shorter amount of sleep - waking up and not really getting back to sleep. 4th week somewhat continued slight decline perceived.
Qualia Night
If taken about 2-3 hours prior to sleeping, I have a noticeably deeper sleep. I think it's effects are better when you have a full 7 hrs+ of rest.
Quali Night
Probably the best sleep hack product in the market. I take it around 7 pm after a meal and by 9 pm, my body gets to a sleep mode as I am an early riser. My REM sleep has increased by about 50%. I take it Sun - Thur and off on weekends and holidays where I can go to sleep late and wake up late.
Need more time
I have only been using a few days and believe it is helping, but still have those long sleepless nights
