Good but not dramatic effects
The effects weren't drastic, but it did seem to take the edge off of my more challenging days and make them feel more manageable.

Quality
I did feel calm the past 3 weeks but it’s hard to say if this product was the result. There was no change to my fatigue which is where I really wanted relief from.

Resilience lived up to its name. I had a few stressful experiences during the past month of taking it, and I managed those better than what I normally would have.
