Good but not great
Good idea. I believe I was not a match for this product. While I have daily stress, I typically make it through other vitamin combinations. Packaging is cool. Easy to read, eye catching, seems to be quality ingredients

Building Up Stress Defense
My stress reduced through the first week of taking Resilience, and stayed steadily low as long as I took it most mornings

Qualia Resilience is another excellent product
This has been taken with Qualia Mind, a very good product. Qualia Resilience has increased Qualia Mind in terms of lessening stress and increasing confidence.

Turns down the dial on stress
I have noticed that I am less prone to negative thinking while taking this product. I have experienced stress, but it has not been breathing down my neck in the same way it was before the trial.
