A good start
I’m enjoying the effects I find it is sometimes a little heavy for me but mostly I’m liking it so far. It goes well with my yoga practice my focus is better. It is very useful in my work as a mental health tech and as a secretary.

Almost perfect
Incredibly effective most times. It always comes with a Qualia promo card. Why not add a grid on it that lets me record how much/many I'm taking a day. Excellent Product
I have used many nootropic and vitamin compounds to help give me a mental edge in school, my job and athletics. Besides a phenylpiracetam and ciltep stack Nothing compares to qualia.
