I got very restful And quality sleep each night without feeling overly drowsy the night before or then next morning. Qualia Night- restful wife happy life!
Bought it for my wife and she was able to sleep through the night without taking gravol or waking up every couple of hours which is something she's struggled with for a few years. :)

Just started study but pleased so far. Looking forward to days ahead.
