Great product for focus and easy transitions to tasks
Overall, I feel really good on this. I have to change tasks a lot throughout the day and I have seen a remarkable difference in my ability to do this with ease.

Not a miracle, but a blessing.
It's not a miracle pill... but it is pretty great! I have noticed a definite increase in energy, motivation, and focus. So far I’ve noticed I’m calmer and I get burst mental energy. Doesn’t last all day but I’ve gotten some things off my to do list.

Life Changer
I love this stuff! It's changed my life in the best way possible. I couldn't imagine being a middle school teacher without it. It makes me feel like I'm more myself.
