Order received fairly quickly. Have not started using the product yet. Cannot comment on the effectiveness of the product.

Definitely recommend, significant improvement on recovery.
I started taking Qualia Night and immediately noticed an average increase in my recovery based on my Whoop band data. No difference in sleep
I wear an Oura ring and did not see any difference in any of my sleep markers while using Qualia night for one month as directed.
