A little heart burn at first. Focus seemed to hep me with clearer conversation and choice of words especially in stressful . focus is exactly what it helps do
I work in a restaurant that stays very busy. This product really helps me be able to focus and prioritize tasks. It helps remove brain fog for me and helps keep me from becoming overwhelmed. Focus is exactly what it does. I have given them to some coworker who said the same thing. great product.

Pretty good actually
Havnt tried anything like this before and I did notice a positive effect in focus and mental energy. Don't take it everyday so I canceled my subscription buy I will reorder when I need more. Surprisingly did notice an a big difference.
