A little heart burn at first. Focus seemed to hep me with clearer conversation and choice of words especially in stressful . I seems similar to Qualia Mind but with the addition of celastrus paniculatus seed extract which I am interested in learning more about.especially in stressful situations. Fine focus and alertness.
Overall, it was very good. I felt reasonably focused and alert. The taste was nice.

Subtle But Noticable
Taken this on a few different occasions in the last two years. Sometimes it takes a few days to notice the effects but I love it!
