Terrific
I started out slow by taking 1 on an empty stomach early in the morning. I started to feel it work within about 20 minutes. It’s a wonderful clear mind feeling and thinking. I now take 4 and it’s fabulous I get so much done with a peaceful feeling. Thank you

Seems to work.
It’s hard to actually quantify whether this works for me or not. However, I do find that it seems to allow me to work longer throughout the day. So far so great
I started taking this and in 3 days it seemed to help me deal with my day a little better than I normally do keeping thoughts organized and focus through a high stress day full of challenges and distractions.
