I have a high stress job that requires accuracy and accountability while being interrupted continually. Because of my job I was feeling anxious, constantly feeling like I was forgetting something. I was losing my work/life balance. I’ve been using Qualia for one month and notice I feel more calm allowing be to be interrupted and then return to my task and concentrate. I’m feeling more on top of my job, feeling less anxiety, sleeping better and feeling happier. I feel like my work/life is more balanced and the only thing that has changed is, I’m taking Qualia as directed M-F.

I am very skeptical of most nootropic products, but after hearing Daniel Schmachtenberger speak with such deep knowledge on multiple podcasts, I decided it was worth giving Qualia a try. I am so happy I did! I don't need to take it every day, and I usually take an amount lower than the suggeste...
I take 5 capsules of Focus first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with water. I then meditate for about 40 minutes. Since I started using this product I have noticed that it is much easier to maintain my focus on my breathe while meditating. I also don't need much time to 'wake up' my brain after waking. I notice a much easier transition into my work in the morning. I do not get jittery or feel anxious on this product even when I take it on an empty stomach (sometimes but I drink coffee on an empty stomach I get uneasy). I notice that it doesn't have any noticeable effect on my sleep.
