focus is exactly what it helps do
I work in a restaurant that stays very busy. This product really helps me be able to focus and prioritize tasks. It helps remove brain fog for me and helps keep me from becoming overwhelmed. Focus is exactly what it does. I have given them to some coworker who said the same thing. great product.

Made Mornings Better!
I definitely noticed I felt super focused and motivated each morning within an hour of taking Qualia focus. I didn't need as much coffee or tea to stay alert and was able to charge through a very busy season in March as a CPA.

It's a boost!
Pretty much what I expected, gives a nice boost. This includes the equivalent of a B-Complex PLUS focus-enhancing ingredients like ginkgo, caffeine and ginger. I'd supplement with Magnesium too.
