I has definitely lessened my loose stools and led to less time in the bathroom. It also tasted nice.

Helped with bloating and feelings of being too full as well as reflux.

Great product.

So far so good.

Working on balancing my gut. This has reduced my headaches. Nice packaging and easy to mix and use.
