I has definitely lessened my loose stools and led to less time in the bathroom. It also tasted nice.

I feel great on the product.

I feel that I have more gas now than before taking this.

Easy i drink. Just wish there were more directions as to when the best time and how to consume.

Has helped digestive process and mood seems better. Improves gut through multiple pathways.
