Long term gains
Makes a long term difference. I don't notice anything at first but towards the later end I feel like stress doesn't build up as fast.

Turns down the dial on stress
I have noticed that I am less prone to negative thinking while taking this product. I have experienced stress, but it has not been breathing down my neck in the same way it was before the trial.

Added stamina throughout the day
I can feel it working in the background. It isn’t a “wow” type of feeling like some other supplements, which is a good thing in this case. It just gives you that steady boost throughout the day to keep going. I feel productive longer without the drop off that I used to experience.
