I took it midday and seemed to have a general calming sense

I do see a noticeable difference when using resilience in my mood and it helped me stay calm when I would normally be stressed out.

I didn't have any major stresses during the time I took the product.

It definitely helped with stress and feeling a sense of calm.

I trust this product is having a positive effect but I haven't noticed any difference
